- 1 c. cooked tomatoes
- 1 small onion, finely sliced
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Flake salmon.

2Add tomatoes, onions and water in a large pot. Simmer 20 minutes.

3Combine flour, milk and seasoning; cook in separate pan until thickened, stirring constantly.

4Add salmon mixture and serve at once.
