- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- 14 cup half-and-half
- 2 cups cooked salmon (bones and skin removed)
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
Directions

1Melt coconut oil over medium heat in a skillet.
