  • 12 cup celery, chopped
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 12 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup potato, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrot, shredded

Directions
