- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, sliced
- 1 can potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp fresh dill, minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cup smoked salmon
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
Directions

1In a saucepan, melt the butter.

3stir in flour, add broth and potato, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point.

4Add sour cream, dill, pepper, and smoked salmon.

5Heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
