  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 can potatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cup smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley

Directions

    In a saucepan, melt the butter.

    stir in flour, add broth and potato, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point.

    Add sour cream, dill, pepper, and smoked salmon.
