- 16 ounces salmon undrained
- 1 each eggs
- 1 medium onions finely diced
- 1 large green bell peppers finely diced
- 2 cups tomatoes cooked
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Directions

1Mix salmon and egg.

2Add finely diced onion and green pepper, tomatoes, butter, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and chili powder.

3Simmer slowly in sauce pan 10 to 15 minutes.

4Turn into buttered casserole or individual dishes.

5Cover with remaining bread crumbs and bake in a moderate oven, 375 until crumbs are brown.

6Top with cheese.
