- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1 egg
- 12 saltine crackers, crushed
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Place salmon liquid and all in bowl.

2Remove bone and skin. Flake with fork.

3Add beaten egg and cracker crumbs.

4Add baking powder and flour.

5Shape into small patties, roll in cornmeal and fry in hot oil or shortening.

6Drain on paper towel and serve hot or cold.
