Ingredients

  • 40g butter
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 red and 1/2 green capsicum, chopped
  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 375ml milk
  • 130g can corn kernels, reserve juice
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT* Tartare Sauce
  • 420g can red or pink salmon Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups cooked spiral pasta
  • 100g grated tasty cheese
  • 3/4 cup crushed RITZ* Crackers

Directions

    Melt the butter in a large saucepan saute the onion and pepper for 5 minutes, stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.

    Stir in the milk gradually then bring to the boil, stirring until thickened.

    Add the corn and its juice, sauce and salmon; simmer for 5 minutes.

    Fold through the egg and pasta and spoon into a 2 litre baking dish.

    Top with the cheese and biscuits and bake at 180 degrees C for 20-30 minutes or until crunchy and golden.
