- 1 can (15 oz.) pink salmon
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tsp. baking powder (heaping)
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Pour juice of salmon into cup and set aside.

2Add salmon to egg and mix real well.

3When mixture is gummy, add flour.

4Stir in flour with a fork.

5Mixture will be thick.

6Do not add salt (pepper is okay)!

7Add 1/4 cup salmon juice to baking powder and beat with a fork.

8It is going to foam.

9Pour foamy mixture into salmon mixture.

10Mix again with a fork.
-
11It may be really thin this time. Drop by teaspoons into deep fat and fry until crisp and golden brown.

12Serves 8.
