Salmon Dill Mousse

Ingredients
- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can red salmon (save salmon juice)
- 1 tsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Combine 1 can salmon (drained and flaked), onion, green pepper, dill and celery.

2Set aside.

3Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water.

4Add 1/2 cup cold water and the lemon juice. When cool and beginning to jell, add mayonnaise mixed with salmon juice.

5Whip this mixture until fluffy.

6Fold in salmon mixture. Pour into 1-quart mold until firm.

7Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
