- 15 oz. can salmon, drained and flaked
- 10 oz. spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 c. scallions
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 12 lasagne noodles
Directions

1Combine salmon, spinach, scallions, eggs, cheeses, salt and nutmeg.

2Spread on noodles, roll up and set aside.

3Pour half of cheese sauce into bottom of baking pan.

4Place lasagne in baking dish.

5Cover with remaining cheese sauce.

6Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
