- 1 lb. can red or pink salmon, drained (save 1/4 c. liquid)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. dried bread crumbs or 2 1/2 slices bread
- 1/4 c. onion or 1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix cream of celery soup with liquid.

2Add dried bread crumbs, beaten eggs, onion and lemon juice.

3Grease bread pan.

4Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
