  • 1 lb. can red or pink salmon, drained (save 1/4 c. liquid)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. dried bread crumbs or 2 1/2 slices bread
  • 1/4 c. onion or 1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix cream of celery soup with liquid.

    Add dried bread crumbs, beaten eggs, onion and lemon juice.

    Grease bread pan.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
