- 1 (16 oz.) can flaked salmon
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 c. peas
Directions

1Add lemon juice to salmon; set aside.

2In saucepan, melt butter, then blend in flour, salt and milk.

3Cook to a smooth sauce.

4Add onion, celery, eggs, bread crumbs, peas and salmon. Bake at 350° in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan for 45 minutes.
