  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) can flaked salmon
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion

Directions

    Mix bread crumbs and margarine.

    Add remaining ingredients. Place in greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
