- 12 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 cup olive oil
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 12 cups cake flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 cup skim milk
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, cream oil, sugar and egg whites or substitute.

2Combine the dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.

3Fill muffin cups 2/3rds full.

4Bake at 325 degrees, 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.

5Meanwhile, combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

6Roll the tops of the muffins in the sugar mixture while hot out of the oven.

7Serve warm or freeze and microwave 20 to 25 seconds before serving.
