- 1 (16 oz.) can red salmon, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 3 eggs, separated
- 8 salted crackers, crushed
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except for egg whites. Beat whites until stiff and fold into mixture.

2Place in greased loaf pan and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until brown and crispy.

3Excellent served with buttered noodles and a green vegetable.
