  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (3/4 oz.) jar mushrooms

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly, then stir in cream, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

    Add salmon and mushrooms. Put in casserole dish and bake at 400° for approximately 45 minutes.
