- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. salmon liquid
- 2 tsp. green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites, beaten
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
Directions

1Drain salmon and flake.

2Heat milk and add butter and bread. Mix well and let stand 5 minutes.

3Add salmon liquid.

4Beat until smooth.

5Add yolks, pepper, onion, lemon juice, green pepper and salmon.

6Fold in egg whites.

7Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.

8Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
