- 1 can salmon (red)
- 3/4 c. soda crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 3 egg whites, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Flake salmon and remove bones.

2Separate eggs; beat whites and yolks, then fold whites into yolks.

3Add crackers, onions, then egg mixture and milk to salmon.

4Stir.

5Pour into a greased loaf pan.

6Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes until surface doesn't dent.
