  • 1 can salmon (red)
  • 3/4 c. soda crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 3 egg whites, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Flake salmon and remove bones.

    Separate eggs; beat whites and yolks, then fold whites into yolks.

    Add crackers, onions, then egg mixture and milk to salmon.

    Stir.

    Pour into a greased loaf pan.

    Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes until surface doesn't dent.
