- 1 (15 oz.) can salmon
- 1/3 c. milk
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 minced parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Drain salmon; save liquid.

2Pour milk over bread crumbs and stand 5 minutes.

3Add flaked salmon, egg, onion, liquid, lemon juice, parsley and seasoning.

4Spoon into oiled loaf pan.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until firm.
