- 1 large can salmon, drained
- 2 to 3 eggs, beaten well
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 or 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 or 2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz or Hi-Ho, just enough cracker crumbs to make mixture bond together)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Pour mixture into a well-greased loaf pan.

3Bake at 325° for about 1 hour.
