  • 1 large can salmon, drained
  • 2 to 3 eggs, beaten well
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 or 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 or 2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz or Hi-Ho, just enough cracker crumbs to make mixture bond together)

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour mixture into a well-greased loaf pan.

    Bake at 325° for about 1 hour.
