  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, put in loaf pan (7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch).
