- 1 c. stale bread crumbs, soaked in 1 c. scalded milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 tsp. onion juice
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions

1Combine ingredients in order given, folding in stiffly beaten egg whites last.

2Place mixture into a well-greased, crumbled baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
