Ingredients
- 1 lb. can salmon
- 2 slices bread made into soft crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 tsp. finely chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Drain and bone salmon.

2Flake into a bowl.

3Add bread, celery, onion, salt, pepper, egg and lemon juice.

4Mix well.

5Make white sauce by mixing margarine, flour and salt into a microwavable bowl and cook on high for 1 minute.

6Stir in milk. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, beating with a whisk after every minute.

7Mix into salmon mixture.

8Bake in greased casserole in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
