Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs

Directions

    Combine first seven ingredients and add the salmon and crumbs. Bake in greased 8 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch or 8 x 8 x 2- inch pan for one hour at 350°.

    Garnish with lemon wedges and cucumber twists (optional).

    Let set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
