- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Combine first seven ingredients and add the salmon and crumbs. Bake in greased 8 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch or 8 x 8 x 2- inch pan for one hour at 350°.

2Garnish with lemon wedges and cucumber twists (optional).

3Let set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
