- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1 c. undiluted condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, flaked (2 c.)
- 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- curly endive
- lemon wedges
- cucumber twists
Directions

1Combine the salad dressing, soup, egg, onion, green pepper, lemon juice and salt; mix well.

2Add the salmon and bread crumbs; toss lightly.

3Place in a well-greased 8 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake in a moderate oven at 350° for 1 hour.

4Unmold and surround with endive.

5Garnish with lemon wedges and cucumber twists.
