- 1 can (14 3/4 oz.) salmon
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. finely minced onion
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Drain salmon; reserve 2 tablespoons of liquid.

2Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients.

3Place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
