- 1 (15 oz.) can salmon
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Drain juice and remove bones from salmon.

2Break up salmon in bowl.

3Add bread crumbs and milk; mix well.

4Distribute butter bits throughout.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Mix.

7Place in greased loaf pan.

8Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.

9Bake at 400° for 1/2 hour.
