- 2 cans small shrimp
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- dash of lemon juice
Directions

1Pour gelatin on top of cold water to soften.

2Put tomato soup in pan, add cream cheese.

3Heat on low to melt cheese.

4Add gelatin and the rest of the ingredients.

5Stir and pour into Jello mold.

6Chill until set.

7Serve with assorted crackers.
