- 1 lb. can pink salmon
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
Directions

1Drain salmon reserving 1/4 cup of liquid.

2Remove skin and bones.

3Mix with other ingredients and pack into lightly greased loaf pan.

4Bake at 370° for 1 hour.

5Cool 10 minutes.

6Remove from pan and serve.
