Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon
  • 2 egg yolks, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. butter, melted in 1/2 c. hot milk
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Directions

    Remove skin and bones from salmon.

    Add all remaining ingredients except egg whites.

    Fold beaten egg whites in last. Bake in buttered casserole at 350° for 1 hour.
