- 1 can salmon
- 2 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. butter, melted in 1/2 c. hot milk
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Directions

1Remove skin and bones from salmon.

2Add all remaining ingredients except egg whites.

3Fold beaten egg whites in last. Bake in buttered casserole at 350° for 1 hour.
