- 1 lb. can salmon
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Mash salmon, including bones, skin and liquid.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

4Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
