- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 small onion (optional)
Directions

1Drain salmon.

2Remove skin and bones.

3Flake.

4Add bread crumbs and onion.

5Beat eggs slightly.

6Add milk, salt and pepper. Combine with salmon mixture.

7Put in greased 4 x 8-inch baking dish.

8Bake in 350° oven about 30 minutes, until firm.
