- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
- 1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients.

2Place in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

3Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.

4Unmold and slice.
