Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
  • 1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Place in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.

    Unmold and slice.
