- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
Directions

1In a bowl, combine salmon, bread crumbs, chopped onion, butter, salt and pepper; mix well.

2Combine milk and egg; add to salmon mixture and mix thoroughly.

3Shape into a loaf in a greased shallow baking pan or in a greased 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pan.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

5Makes 3 or 4 servings.
