Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Directions

1Spray loaf pan with Pam or grease with margarine.

2Combine all ingredients and pour into loaf pan.

3Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

4(You may wish to remove foil last 15 minutes of baking so that the salmon loaf browns lightly.)
