- 2 c. cooked salmon
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine and add flour.

2Stir until smooth and well blended.

3Gradually add milk.

4Cook until thickened and smooth.

5Add the remaining ingredients.

6Mix well and place in a well-greased loaf pan.

7Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
