- 1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) salmon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- few grains of pepper
Directions

1Mix salmon, milk and crumbs; add beaten eggs.

2Add onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3Pack in greased loaf pan; bake in moderately hot oven (375°) for 40 minutes.

4Serves 4 to 6.
