  • 1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • few grains of pepper

Directions

    Mix salmon, milk and crumbs; add beaten eggs.

    Add onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Pack in greased loaf pan; bake in moderately hot oven (375°) for 40 minutes.
