Salmon Loaf

  • 2 c. cooked salmon (1 lb. can, pink)
  • 1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 medium eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Flake salmon with a fork, removing bones.

    Add eggs, breadcrumbs, butter and parsley.

    Place in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Let cool 15 minutes.

    Turn onto platter and slice carefully.
