- 2 c. cooked salmon (1 lb. can, pink)
- 1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 medium eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Flake salmon with a fork, removing bones.

2Add eggs, breadcrumbs, butter and parsley.

3Place in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

4Let cool 15 minutes.

5Turn onto platter and slice carefully.
