- 1 can salmon (reserve liquid)
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix salmon, bread crumbs, eggs, 1/2 cup milk, onion, paprika, salt and pepper.

2Bake in loaf pan at 350° for 45 minutes.
