  • 1 can salmon (reserve liquid)
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix salmon, bread crumbs, eggs, 1/2 cup milk, onion, paprika, salt and pepper.

    Bake in loaf pan at 350° for 45 minutes.
