- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.

3Combine the milk and egg.

4Stir this mixture into the contents of the bowl.

5Mix thoroughly and bake in a loaf pan at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
