- 1 16 oz. can of salmon drained and flaked
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 slightly beaten egg (can use 2 or 3 eggs)
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 tsp. coarse pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 chopped green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix all together and place in a loaf pan and bake 30-40 minutes at 350° degrees.
