Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. can of salmon drained and flaked
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 slightly beaten egg (can use 2 or 3 eggs)
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all together and place in a loaf pan and bake 30-40 minutes at 350° degrees.

    You could substitute 2 cans (7 oz. each) tuna fish.
