  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 slices bread crumbs

Directions

    Drain and bone salmon and flake with fork.

    Mix all other ingredients with salmon; form loaf in bread pan.

    Flatten slightly.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
