- 1 egg
- 1/2 onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 slices bread crumbs
Directions

1Drain and bone salmon and flake with fork.

2Mix all other ingredients with salmon; form loaf in bread pan.
