Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Remove skin and bones from salmon.

    Add all ingredients, except egg whites.

    Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Bake in buttered mold in moderate oven at 350° for 1 hour.
