- 1 can (1 lb.) salmon
- 2 eggs
- 3 slices soft bread, cut in small pieces
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Break eggs into bowl and beat.

2Drain salmon, remove skin and bones and flake.

3Add to eggs with bread, salt and butter.

4Heat milk to lukewarm, add to mixture.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Place in greased 7 x 3 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
