  • 1 can (1 lb.) salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 slices soft bread, cut in small pieces
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

    Break eggs into bowl and beat.

    Drain salmon, remove skin and bones and flake.

    Add to eggs with bread, salt and butter.

    Heat milk to lukewarm, add to mixture.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Place in greased 7 x 3 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
