  • 1 lb. can salmon (red preferred)
  • 4 eggs
  • seasoning to taste (such as onion flakes, pepper, dill and parsley)
  • 1 c. Rice Krispies or corn flakes
  • squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 c. whole milk

Directions

    Put salmon into loaf pan; mash.

    Add eggs; mix thoroughly. Melt margarine in heated milk.

    Add to salmon; stir well.

    Add cereal.

    Bake about 1 hour at 375°.
