- 1 lb. can salmon (red preferred)
- 4 eggs
- seasoning to taste (such as onion flakes, pepper, dill and parsley)
- 1 c. Rice Krispies or corn flakes
- squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 c. whole milk
Directions

1Put salmon into loaf pan; mash.

2Add eggs; mix thoroughly. Melt margarine in heated milk.

3Add to salmon; stir well.

4Add cereal.

5Bake about 1 hour at 375°.
