- 1 can salmon (16 oz.)
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a loaf pan well.

3Mix all ingredients.

4Spoon into pan and smooth the top.

5Cover with buttered foil and bake for 15 minutes.

6Uncover and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes to allow the top to brown. Serves 4.
