- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of salt
Directions

1Remove skin and bones from salmon.

3Combine salmon, onion, horseradish, cream cheese, lemon juice and salt in bowl; mix well. Shape into log.
