- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Drain salmon and flake.

2Add cream cheese, lemon juice, onion and horseradish.

3Mix well.

4Chill well!

5Shape into a log and roll in nuts.

6Chill overnight.

7Serve with crackers or party rye.
