- 1 (16 oz.) can Libby's salmon
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- dash of liquid smoke
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon, removing cartilage.

2Combine all other ingredients except parsley and pecans. Chill well.

3Form into log. Roll in pecans and parsley which have been mixed together.
