  • 1 lb. canned salmon
  • 1 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley (optional)

Directions

    Drain and flake salmon.

    Remove skin and bones.

    Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt.

    Mix very well and chill overnight.

    Make into a log and roll in pecans.

    Serve with assorted crackers.

    If parsley is used, combine with pecans.
