- 1 lb. canned salmon
- 1 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon.

2Remove skin and bones.

3Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt.

4Mix very well and chill overnight.

5Make into a log and roll in pecans.

6Serve with assorted crackers.

7If parsley is used, combine with pecans.
