- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Drain salmon and flake.

2Add cream cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt and stir well.

3Chill several hours or overnight.

4Shape into log and roll in nuts.
